Makes 2 cocktails
Both playful and sophisticated, this cocktail offers a perfect blend of rich chocolate flavours with the warm, toasty essence of marshmallow.
Ingredients:
- 50ml Ginologist Limited Edition Dark Chocolate & Marshmallow Gin
- 60ml chocolate liqueur
- 120g good quality dark chocolate
- 50ml pouring cream
- Marshmallows, for garnish
Method:
- Prepare the chocolate ganache by heating the cream in the microwave for 30 seconds. Pour the hot cream over 100g chocolate and set aside for a minute. Stir until the chocolate is melted.
- Melt the remaining 20g of chocolate, then drizzle the chocolate on the inside of two martini glasses and set aside.
- To a shaker add the limited edition Ginologist Dark Chocolate & Marshmallow Gin, chocolate liqueur, chocolate ganache, and ice. Shake for a minute.
- Pour equal amounts into each glass.
- Take marshmallows and skewer them onto cocktail picks, then torch them until perfectly toasted. Place them over the rim of each glass.
- Serve immediately.
