Makes 2 cocktails

Both playful and sophisticated, this cocktail offers a perfect blend of rich chocolate flavours with the warm, toasty essence of marshmallow.


  • 50ml Ginologist Limited Edition Dark Chocolate & Marshmallow Gin
  • 60ml chocolate liqueur
  • 120g good quality dark chocolate
  • 50ml pouring cream
  • Marshmallows, for garnish


  • Prepare the chocolate ganache by heating the cream in the microwave for 30 seconds. Pour the hot cream over 100g chocolate and set aside for a minute. Stir until the chocolate is melted.
  • Melt the remaining 20g of chocolate, then drizzle the chocolate on the inside of two martini glasses and set aside.
  • To a shaker add the limited edition Ginologist Dark Chocolate & Marshmallow Gin, chocolate liqueur, chocolate ganache, and ice. Shake for a minute.
  • Pour equal amounts into each glass.
  • Take marshmallows and skewer them onto cocktail picks, then torch them until perfectly toasted. Place them over the rim of each glass.
  • Serve immediately.
