A floral twist on the classic mimosa, this delicate cocktail blends Ginologist Floral Gin with tart grapefruit juice and a hint of rose water. Finished with bubbly prosecco and a touch of edible flowers, it’s an elegant and refreshing serve.
Ingredients:
- 60ml Ginologist Floral Gin
- 60ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 10ml rose water
- 10ml simple syrup
- 120ml prosecco or champagne
- Ice
For the Garnish:
- Edible flowers
Method:
- In a cocktail shaker, combine Ginologist Floral Gin, grapefruit juice, rose water, and simple syrup. Add ice and shake well.
- Strain the mixture evenly into two champagne flutes.
- Slowly top each glass with prosecco or champagne.
