Ginologist Birthday Cake Spirit Aperitif: Birthday Cake

The Birthday Cake Spirit Aperitif blends with white chocolate liqueur, cream, and a hint of almond extract to create a cocktail that tastes just like your first bite of birthday cake. Topped with whipped cream and rainbow sprinkles, its fun, festive, and irresistibly indulgent.
Ingredients: (makes 2 cocktails)
- 50 ml Ginologist Birthday Cake Spirit Aperitif
- 50 ml white chocolate liqueur
- 50 ml cream
- 10–20 ml simple syrup, to taste
- 2–4 drops almond extract
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Rainbow sprinkles, for rim & garnish)
Instructions:
- Rim two coupe or martini glasses with honey or melted white chocolate, then dip into rainbow sprinkles.
- In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine the spirit aperitif, white chocolate liqueur, cream, syrup, and almond extract.
- Shake until cold and frothy.
- Strain evenly into the prepared glasses.
- Top each with whipped cream and extra sprinkles.
- Garnish each glass with a birthday candle, and a mini cupcake on the side.
