Ginologist Birthday Cake Spirit Aperitif: Birthday Cake

The Birthday Cake Spirit Aperitif blends with white chocolate liqueur, cream, and a hint of almond extract to create a cocktail that tastes just like your first bite of birthday cake. Topped with whipped cream and rainbow sprinkles, its fun, festive, and irresistibly indulgent.

Ingredients: (makes 2 cocktails)

  • 50 ml Ginologist Birthday Cake Spirit Aperitif
  • 50 ml white chocolate liqueur
  • 50 ml cream
  • 10–20 ml simple syrup, to taste
  • 2–4 drops almond extract
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Rainbow sprinkles, for rim & garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Rim two coupe or martini glasses with honey or melted white chocolate, then dip into rainbow sprinkles.
  2. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine the spirit aperitif, white chocolate liqueur, cream, syrup, and almond extract.
  3. Shake until cold and frothy.
  4. Strain evenly into the prepared glasses.
  5. Top each with whipped cream and extra sprinkles.
  6. Garnish each glass with a birthday candle, and a mini cupcake on the side.
