Ginologist Pumpkin Spice Gin Liqueur

Perfect for sharing, this spellbinding drink combines the warmth of pumpkin spice, grape juice, and a touch of Blue Curaçao with champagne. Add a swirl of edible glitter and a hint of dry ice for a truly enchanting experience – if you dare!
Ingredients: (makes 2 cocktails)
- 60 ml Pumpkin Spice Gin Liqueur (30 ml per serving)
- 90 ml Grape Juice (45 ml per serving)
- 15 ml Blue Curaçao (7.5 ml per serving)
- 120 ml Sparkling Wine (60 ml per serving)
- A pinch of edible glitter (optional, for a shimmering effect)
- Dry ice (optional, for a smoky effect – handle with gloves and do not ingest)
Method:
- Chill two cocktail glasses in the fridge for 10–15 minutes for a frosty finish.
- In a shaker with ice, combine the Pumpkin Spice Liqueur, grape juice, and Blue Curaçao. Shake well to mix.
- If using, stir in the edible glitter for a magical shimmer.
- Divide the mixture evenly between the chilled glasses.
- Top each glass with sparkling wine.
- For a dramatic Halloween effect, carefully add a small piece of dry ice to each glass using tongs or gloves.
- Serve immediately while the dry ice is fizzing.
Note:
- Ensure all dry ice has fully sublimated before drinking.
- Never touch dry ice with bare hands or ingest it.
- Edible glitter is safe and adds a mystical sparkle to your cocktail.
