The Ginologist Sensory Experience is a guided tasting that goes beyond flavour, designed to engage your senses, spark intrigue, and reveal the science and craft behind every bottle of our gins. Discover how sight, smell, taste, and sound combine to create a truly immersive experience.
With tinted glasses casting new hues over reality, headphones guiding your mind, and curated aromas to transport you, the Sensory Experience showcases our four award-winning gins, each perfectly paired to awaken your senses.
More than a tasting, this is a multi-sensory journey.

Ginologist Distilling Experience:
Craft your own gin in a hands-on, sensory-led distilling session. Explore the world of botanicals, define your personal flavour profile, and create a custom 750ml bottle to take home, all under the guidance of our expert distillers. The experience includes a curated gin tasting and pairing, offering a behind-the-scenes look at how and why we select the botanicals we do.

*Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking are non-refundable.
Please allow an extra 15 minutes to walk from the parking area to the Distillery. Late arrivals will not delay the start of the experience and no refunds will be issued. However, we’ll gladly assist in rescheduling your booking.

Kindly note: there are no alcohol-free alternatives available for the Sensory or Distilling Experience.
