Bright and refreshing, the Merry Berry Fizz blends Ginologist Strawberry Bitters with our Award-Winning London Dry Gin, fresh lemon and a hint of sweetness into a highball, finished with juicy strawberries and basil

Ingredients: (Serves 1)

  • 50ml Ginologist London Dry Gin
  • 2 dashes Ginologist Strawberry Bitters
  • 25ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 60ml soda water

Garnish (Optional):

  • Fresh strawberries
  • Basil leaves

Method:

  • In a shaker with ice, combine the London Dry Gin, strawberry bitters, lemon juice, and sugar syrup.
  • Shake well and strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
    Top with soda water and stir gently.
  • Garnish with sliced strawberries and a basil sprig.
